Featured Service
Carbon fiber plates, laminated and cut to your DXF
We don't just cut stock sheets — carbon fiber plates are laminated to your exact thickness, then CNC-cut to your DXF profile, quality-checked, and shipped anywhere in India. Ideal for drone frames, motor mounts, gimbal plates, and robotics chassis.
- Custom thicknesses, laminated to your spec
- Matte or gloss finish options
- Lead time confirmed with your quote — within 6 business hours

PRICING
Transparent, indicative pricing
Every quote is reviewed by an engineer before it reaches you — these are typical starting points.
| Service | Starting price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| CNC Machining | From ₹800/part | Aluminium, steel, brass & engineering plastics |
| 3D Printing | From ₹150/part | FDM, SLA, SLS & MJF |
| Sheet Metal | From ₹500/part | Laser cutting, bending & finishing |
"Prices vary based on geometry, material, quantity, and finishing requirements. Your quote is confirmed by our engineering team before you commit — no surprises after ordering."
Customer Stories
Customer Stories
Real projects from the engineering teams we work with.
Reverse-engineering an unavailable motorcycle part
A rider's imported hydraulic clutch oil reservoir was destroyed in a crash, with no replacement available in India. We redesigned the part from the damaged original, 3D printed it in nylon, and resin-sealed it for oil-tightness — keeping the bike on the road until an OEM replacement could be imported.
Replacement buttons for a heat-damaged DJ console
A DJ's console was left in a hot car and the buttons deformed — with no spare parts available for the model. We reverse-engineered the originals and printed replacements in transparent PETG, restoring the console to working condition.
The propeller mount other shops couldn't hold
An aerospace company needed a CNC machined propeller mount with ±0.02mm tolerances on critical features — and multiple shops had already failed to deliver it. Our vetted machining partner held the tolerance, and the parts passed inspection, delivered in one week.
Carbon fiber drone frame, cut in 2 days
An aerospace client needed a drone frame CNC-cut from carbon fiber plate. We cut the frame components from their DXF and delivered in 2 days.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
You'll receive an engineering-reviewed quote within 6 business hours of uploading your CAD file. Unlike automated instant quotes, every Hanzof quote is checked by an engineer who has actually looked at your part — so the price you see is the price you pay, with no revisions after you order. For complex assemblies or exotic materials, we'll tell you upfront if we need more time.
Instant-quote marketplaces route your order to an anonymous shop chosen by an algorithm — often a different shop each time you reorder, with no one accountable for the result. Hanzof works differently: the same engineering team handles your part from first quote to repeat order, reviews your design for manufacturability before quoting, and inspects every part against a 3-point quality check before dispatch. When something needs discussing, you talk to the engineer who knows your part — not a support ticket queue.Read the full comparison →
We accept STL, STEP, and IGES files for quoting. For parts with critical tolerances, threads, or surface-finish requirements, attach a 2D drawing (PDF or DXF) — our engineers will quote against the drawing, not just the model.
Standard machined parts are produced to ISO 2768 (fine) unless your drawing specifies otherwise, and tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are achievable on select features by request. The honest answer is that tolerance capability depends on geometry, material, and feature type — which is exactly why an engineer reviews your file before we commit to a number. If your drawing calls for something we can't reliably hold, we'll tell you before you order, not after.
Yes. We support defence and government clients with GeM-compliant quotation, GST invoicing, and complete documentation. If your unit or organisation procures through the GeM portal, contact us and we'll walk you through the process.
Every order passes a 3-point quality check before dispatch. If a part still arrives out of the agreed specification, we remake it at no cost to you. You'll deal with the same engineer who handled your order, not a support ticket queue.
