A carbon fiber drone frame, DXF to delivered in 2 days
The problem
An aerospace client needed a drone frame CNC-cut from carbon fiber plate — stiff, light, and dimensionally accurate, on a timeline that didn't allow for the usual back-and-forth.
Our approach
The client shared their DXF profiles, and our engineers reviewed the geometry for cutting — checking minimum feature sizes, hole placements, and nesting the parts for efficient material use. The frame components were CNC-cut from 3.0mm carbon fiber plate.
The result
The frame components were cut, checked against the DXF dimensions, and delivered in 2 days. The frame went straight to assembly.
