What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, STP, IGES, and STL files for quoting, and DXF for sheet metal. For parts with critical tolerances or threads, attach a 2D drawing (PDF) — our engineers quote against the drawing, not just the model.
How fast can I get parts?
Standard lead times start at 3 days for 3D printing and 5 days for CNC machining. Expedited options are available — mention your deadline when requesting a quote.
Is my IP secure?
Yes. Your files are shared only with our engineering team and the specific manufacturing partner producing your part, under confidentiality agreements. We never share your designs with third parties.
Do you offer design support?
Yes. Every quote includes a manufacturability review by our engineers — we'll flag issues and cost-saving changes before you commit. For complex projects, deeper DFM consulting is available.
