Terms and Conditions

1. Our service

Hanzof provides custom manufacturing services including CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and carbon fibre plate cutting. Orders are manufactured to customer-supplied CAD files and specifications, in our own facility or through vetted manufacturing partners.

2. Quotes

Quotes are prepared following engineer review of your files and specifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change if material prices move materially or if your files or requirements change after quoting.

A quote is an offer. A contract is formed when you accept the quote and payment is confirmed.

Where a project contains multiple services, you may accept some services and decline or defer others. Only accepted services form part of the order.

3. Your files and intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the CAD files, drawings, and specifications you supply.

We use your files solely to quote and manufacture your order. We do not sell, publish, or reuse your designs for our own products, and we do not share them with third parties other than manufacturing partners engaged on your order, who are bound to the same restriction.

We will not publish your project, name, images of your parts, or any other identifying detail as a case study, testimonial, or marketing material without your prior written permission.

By submitting files you confirm you have the right to have the parts manufactured and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Manufacturability and design responsibility

We review files for manufacturability and will flag issues we identify, but you remain responsible for the design itself — its fitness for your application, its dimensioning, and its performance in service.

Where you specify tolerances, they must be stated in the drawing or specification accompanying your files. Where no tolerance is specified, standard process tolerances apply for the chosen process, and we will tell you what those are on request. Cosmetic and surface finish outcomes are only guaranteed where a finish standard is agreed in writing in the quote.

5. Prices, payment and GST

Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at the applicable statutory rate and shown separately on your invoice and on the tax invoice issued for each order.

Payment terms: 100% payment upon quote acceptance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Orders enter production on confirmation of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Cancellation, refunds and shipping

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Shipping, delivery, customs and risk are governed by our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your files, specifications, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except to manufacturing partners engaged on your order. We are happy to sign a specific NDA where your project requires one — contact us before submitting files.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contracts, production downtime, or costs arising from the use or failure of manufactured parts in your application.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it. Notify us immediately at hanzof@unbound3d.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use Hanzof to have manufactured any item whose manufacture, possession, or supply is unlawful in India or in the destination country, or which infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. We may decline any order at our discretion.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you accept a quote governs that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
